Looking after you

When you collect your car after servicing you will be provided with a detailed check sheet that every technician uses when working on your vehicle.

We will record information for we will record information for you that is clear and understandable to keep you fully up to date with your cars condition, be it safety or performance related.

We will also detail any repairs carried out, not only advising you as to what was needed to be done but also as to why. This is done with the aim of giving you the satisfaction of knowing what has been done, why it has been done and that it has been done well.

All we ask is that if there is anything you are unsure of or do not understand, if we have not explained it clearly to you, please do not hesitate in asking questions.
